⦁ Administrates databases and electronic platforms;
⦁ Archives and scans the training documents;
⦁ Prepares the attendance lists and the feedback of the participants at the training;
⦁ Makes reservation of rooms and sends invitations to participants;
⦁ Provides support in projects and activities specific to the Training department.
⦁ Student in Economics, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar with a focus on Human Resources;
⦁ Good knowledge of Word and Excel;
⦁ Very good communication skills;
⦁ Detail oriented;
⦁ Advanced English level.
