CBRE Romania launches the “Junior Academy” internship program, targeting final-year undergraduates, master students and graduates of economic studies from up to three previous classes, with the possibility of employment on an indefinite basis for those that fit the company profile, at the completion of the program. The application deadline is June 6, 2014, with previous experience not among the selection criteria for participants.

The internship program will run in three modules – of five, ten and twenty days – with promotion being based on a rigorous evaluation, applied at the end of each module. Those that successfully complete the program will receive from the company employment offers for the six available positions: two junior broker positions in the Office department, a junior broker in each of the Retail and Industrial departments, as well as the positions of Junior Valuer and Junior Research Analyst.

The juniors who will receive employment offers at the end of the internship program will receive from CBRE a work contract on an indefinite basis, a competitive salary and additional benefits, as well as training sessions in Romania and the foreign offices of CBRE.
