In Romania, during the last 13 years, Freescale has created a center of technical excellence, research and development in software, where approximately 230 engineers leverage their creativity and innovative solutions.

Last year, over 35 engineers joined the local team. This year, we have over 40 openings from student positions to 4G/LTE/Compiler/Linux Kernel development experts.

Requirements

We are looking for students from:
• Social Sciences (3rd year of study or Master)
• Psychology (3rd year of study or Master)
• Business Administration (3rd year of study or Master)
• Computer Science (3rd or 4th year of study or Master)
Responsibilities

Do you plan to pursue a career as a Recruiter or as a Headhunter? Our internship will allow you to acquire the necessary skills and a first experience to effectively assess and follow-up potential applicants. You will have the unique experience of a multinational professional environment and the chance to learn how to act even as a headhunter.
As a recruitment intern your tasks involve attracting candidates and matching them to suitable opportunities by:
• Acting as the initial point of contact with applicants;
• Performing the prescreening of applicants for suitable placement;
• Developing creative recruitment solutions ;
• Helping to conduct telephone and face to face interviews and evaluate selection processes;
• Advertising and Marketing the job openings ;
• Providing follow up to applicants and developing good relations with past, present and future applicants.
• Supporting the staffing internal and external events.

Other info

We value soft skills like: a very good communicator, capable of making smart decisions and a problem solver who takes responsibility and shows initiative. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
