This position will be a part of the Global Managed Security Services team and will participate in managing the network infrastructure of Honeywell customers in the Oil and Gas; Hydrocarbon Processing; Power Generation; Pulp, Paper & Printing; Continuous Web Solutions; Petrochemicals; Life Sciences; and Metals, Minerals and Mining markets.
Services provided include troubleshooting, network designs, solution implementations, assessments and other related tasks as identified. The position will have a direct reporting relationship to the Operations Supervisor.

You will see how our team provides reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. You will focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer happiness. Our team is also focusing on driving timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You can build internal relationships to call out complicated cases. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. We support the knowledge-sharing approach, methodology, and tools. You will ensure accurate documenting and recording of all activity and communication.
Our colleagues will monitor dashboards, logs and output of various software and data collected by monitoring systems to identify abnormal situations, computer attacks, system downtime, and use of access rights or other information required by management. Are you curious how we do this?
We also define processes for incident ticket creation, tracking, customer concern, follow up, and closure.
We respond to key system alerts, support for reaching out directly to clients to investigate the issue. Determine the efficient solution based on experience and the Knowledge Base database or raise if the situation is new or there is no working procedure for it.
Keep strict records of the activities carried out during working, as directed by management.
We build trust-based relationships with internal and external customers by providing technical support in an efficient and accurate way. Maintain a professional, assertive, clear and concise tone in presenting with the client and colleagues. When an established activity cannot be carried out due to the lack of a resource (Honeywell or the Client), identify when the resource is likely to be available and follow up at that time.
