What will you do?
Ensures support for all the activities related to CSA licensing run within the Corporate Sales Department with the support of the Sales Development Officer in charge, as follows:
Prepare the participants lists per evaluation center, based on the information provided by Sales Development Officer
Send individual report to each participant (received from Sales Training Officer) with the status registered on E-learning Platform
Check and organize participants files per Examination Center, based on the prepared lists and submit them to Sales Admin
Handle correspondence received on the firstname.lastname@example.org address:
Respond to all the questions related to: status report, file preparation, exam dates, rescheduled exams, time and date of the exams, and any other information requested by the participants.
Centralize all the appeals submitted by the participants.
The internship offers the possibility of a flexible, part time schedule and is addressed to students with no financial expectations.
Some job requirements:
University degree or student;
PC skills – medium (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very organized person
Fast learner and ability to deal with large amount of information
Able to execute independently with little guidance
Attention to details
