Requirements
Qualifications:
• You are a fresh graduate (1-2 years post-graduation)
• You have a 1st degree in one of these fields/subjects: Science / or Technology / or Engineering / or Mathematics
• You are available for a full-time working schedule (Monday-Friday, on-site)
• Good English proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Comfortable working with MS Office (especially with Excel)
• Ability to learn quickly and motivation for personal development / learning
• Adaptability and agility to embrace change/ take risks
• Ability to analyze and make right conclusions from complex data/information
Responsibilities
JTI’s STEM Internship Program is a 12-months paid program, with a full-time schedule.
This Internship can represent the ticket to a future career in JTI. You will be guided by mentors, you will have specific objectives throughout the program, and you will receive feedback and get the opportunity to share yours.
Description:
• As a STEM Intern, you will take part at a 12-months learning journey, with the aim of becoming familiar with the activities of the JTI Factory in Bucharest
• Work with the teams to develop an in-depth understanding of JTI’s manufacturing process
• Benefit from continuous on-the-job experience and input from the Production team
• Familiarize yourself with company structure & culture
• Learn what it takes to build a successful career at JTI Manufacturing
Responsibilities/Key Activities:
• You will provide operational support to ensure the production needs are satisfied, respecting the company procedures and standards
• You will collaborate with various Production stakeholders to fulfill the daily requirements and responsibilities, in a very challenging environment
• You will be involved in providing different analysis on the manufacturing processes
